July 2017 Class EGM Documentation

Dear Nacra 17 Class Members,

Here are the Submissions to be voted on at the July 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting of the class. Please note that all members will be allowed to listen in on the call, but only national representatives will be allowed to vote. As per the class constitution, each nation will receive an number of votes as determined by the number of sailors they have registered as members at the time of the meeting.
